When you hear the phrase, "You are what you eat?" what comes to mind?

Certainly, your cells absorb the nutrients as well as the toxins from the food you eat. Thankfully, your body has systems in place to make use of the good, and eliminate the not-so-good.

Have you thought about how what you eat impacts your vibrancy? When you experience the crunch of a red pepper, or the juice of a golden ripe peach, your body is like a circuit board that lights up! You can shift from feeling dull to feeing vibrant by making one small choice. What will you choose today?
