It's natural to notice what is wrong, what didn't go your way, what you left unfinished and what others have that you desire. How can you choose something from each of the above categories, and apply love to it? Choose to feel good about the outcome that you wanted. Because you can imagine it, then it exists. And if it exists, it can be yours. You can distract yourself with all that is wrong with a situation, OR you can put your thoughts and feelings toward illuminating what you want with love. Love is all there is, and it is just as easy to choose love as it is to choose anger, regret or jealousy. You just need to be aware and on course to deliberately create a life you love.
