Do you ever notice how your thoughts tell a story? Do they tell a story of an experience that brings you joy and excitement? Or do they bring you fear and regret? You have the power to question your thoughts and call them out! Before you get too deep in the story that your thoughts are telling you, ask some questions. Is this thought true? Do I have experience dealing with this type of situation? What options are open to me in this "what-if" situation? How have things turned out in situations like this in the past? As your coach, I encourage you to face your thoughts with bravery. Question and challenge them. And allow those that don't support you to float on by.
