It is natural to compare ourselves to others. When you compare yourself to others, how does it make you feel?
How often do you feel better when you are measuring yourself against someone else?
Generally, to compare is to despair. You see your own reflection from a perspective that is uniquely yours. How you witness others is not a true reflection of who they are. When you have the desire to compare, can you look at yourself and ask, how can I be better? Use yourself as a measuring device. Expand your mindset. Learn something new. Try something new. Be you. Be true to yourself. And if you need to compare, take a look at yourself. Does this make sense?
