3 KEYS TO GETTING BACK ON TRACK WITH YOUR GOALS

Three steps forward, and one step back. It happens. You set out to eat right, exercise more and focus on your business. Then something triggers you. It could be a commercial on TV during the game that sets off a salty craving. Maybe it's a disagreement with your spouse that leaves bailing on your exercise routine. Here is what you need to unlock the blocks to your goals.

The Three Keys:

1. Forgive yourself. What you resist, persists. When you admonish yourself for eating too much, skipping your weekend workouts, or blowing off a work goal you are going backwards.

2. Accept the present as perfect. You indulged yourself or gave yourself a break from stress for a reason. You may not know the reason. Accept that whatever happened is perfect. It is just what you needed and all is well.
