3 WAYS TO KEEP UP YOUR NEW HABITS

With the New Year often comes new intentions for new habits. Here is how to make those habits become a lasting part of your lifestyle:

1. Take Baby Steps: If you intend to feel more close and romantic with your partner, then take the small step to make time to enjoy a coffee together. Do some prep to minimize distractions and to make your space look special. Romance is a BIG intention. A cozy coffee together is a baby step.

2. Create Reminders: Best intentions without a plan are less likely to manifest. Use your calendar and reminders and schedule your actions. If you want to exercise more, create a starting and ending time for your workout. Once it is on your schedule, treat that appointment with the same respect that you treat others. Watch your intention become habit over time.

3. Appreciate Success: Once you have taken baby steps and scheduled your activities, be sure to pat yourself on the back. You are taking the needed steps to keep up your new habits. Love and appreciate yourself!
