....Keeps hunger at bay!
If you are looking to keep your waistline slim as holiday festivities approach, prior to each meal choose to:
1. Wash off and eat an apple. The crunch and juiciness will satisfy your taste buds, and the fiber will fill your belly. You can also choose an orange or banana. Mix it up and increase your micro-nutrient and fiber intake all day long!
2. Drink a glass of water prior to each cup of coffee and each meal. The dehydrating effects of caffeine will be offset by your glass of water. In addition, you are likely to drink less coffee because you will be more full from the water. The same goes for the meal you are about to eat!
3. Make reaching for a fruit a new habit. Sure a bag of chips may be in plain view. Choose to show yourself a little love and eat that apple!
