Fear and animosity have the propensity to spread like wild-fire.
How can you spread delight?
First, you must notice what causes you to feel the sensation of delight. Animals in nature, or beautifully prepared food are examples of great sources of delight.
Once you notice you are feeling delight, what steps can you take to share it? Sharing your feelings of delight is a great way to amp up a powerful shift in your emotions.
Will you call a friend and share your story of delight? Will you snap a photo of the moment and make it your screen saver? Be creative and know that all you do to share delight, will make it grow. And as it grows, it will overshadow fear and animosity.
