There are many ways that you can feel full. A meal can leave you feeling full.

You can feel filled with rage.

Or, filled with hope.

Sometimes we see something/meet someone and hope it will fill us up. But like a big, fluffy cotton candy, it turns out to be light as air, and dissolves in moments.

So many people are yearning to be loved up.

Take a moment to determine what you want to fill you. Refrain from seeking outside of yourself. Begin to sow the seeds of hope, joy, love and acceptance within yourself.

Become the thing you are seeking.
