As the seasons change your body may require different foods. If you live in a place where the temperature drops in the winter, eat more warm food.

One of the benefits of eating warm food is that it is often less processed than other go-to snacks. Fuel yourself with a bowl of soup, a bowl of rice, or mashed potatoes.

Get warm on the inside. Stay nourished. Pay attention to yourself.
