It's Summer Time! And time for more cool, refreshing and revitalizing fruit.

Across the nation, most people are not eating the recommended amount of fruit required to maintain great health and stave off illness.

The fiber content in whole fruit offers a protective effect by slowing digestion and absorbing sugar. Colorful fruits are rich in phytonutrients that your body craves. It's possible that the adage, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" has lead us to believe that 1 apple is sufficient. Don't be limited by this old belief. Flood your body with colorful fruit to support your vibrant health, and as an added benefit, diminish your cravings for junk food.
