Happy Hour gets you out to socialize and enjoy the company of others.
But what if you created your own happy hour where you dedicated time to yourself, and chose to do things that truly feed your soul?
Pay attention to how you spend your time, and where you spend time that feels wasteful. Now identify a few things you'd really love to do. Read a book, learn a hobby, research a vacation destination, cook a new recipe, workout....there are countless possibilities.
