How do you clear mental fog? What are your virtual fog lights that help you see? What helps wipe mental fog away? You probably already know what works for you. Here are some additional ideas:
Get moving:
When you change your physical position and engage your body you are more likely to clear your ruminating thoughts.
Start writing:
When you take a mindful moment to write down your thoughts and give them space to be, the fog will lift.
Take a rest:
Sometimes, your thoughts are foggy, and you jump from one to-do to the next because you are tired. Allow yourself the rest you need to be clear.
Being less "foggy" means being crystal clear on your values so you can take decisive action. Gaining clarity makes decision making easy. What do you want most? What actions do you need to take now in order to line up with achieving what you want? What can you delegate or reschedule for later?
