Sweetness can be found in food. In this case, I am exploring healthy lifestyle moves you can make to support your day. Finding sweet foods in nature, and savoring them, can do the trick. Eating fruit or sweet vegetables with purpose and presence will serve as a catalyst to shifting your mood.
Sweetness is also found in nature, pets, children and smiles.
Look for ways to engage with others and fill your "sweet tank." How can you be sweet? Offering kindness and caring to others is another way to soothe your anxiety and fill yourself up with sweetness. Are you willing to give sweetness a chance?
