I love the imagery of blowing bubbles. Take a beautiful inhalation, knowing that good things are coming. And with your exhalation, feel the release, just like soap bubbles travel through the air. With childlike wonder, use your breath to restore you.
When your mind is focused on the past, you may be feeling guilt. When your mind is focused on the future, you may be feeling fear.
Inhale peace, exhale fear. I will see you NOW!
