Say YES to what you do like, what you enjoy, and what you love.
When you are in an experience of witnessing what you don't like, speak instead of the good.
For example, maybe you encountered a server at a restaurant who had an unpleasant demeanor. Instead of focusing on that, focus instead on the grace with which they placed your plate upon the table.
Rather than recount that negative experience with the server to your friends, speak instead of the good that you experienced.
When you focus on the good, more good comes your way. Your thoughts, words, actions and deeds are magnetic attractors into your own personal universe. You are a creator, so be aware of your thoughts, choose wisely what you share. Give love to all that you notice that makes you feel good. Watch what unfolds!
