SHIFT YOUR WAY TO A BETTER MOOD

As the seasons change and the year comes to a close, it is easy to slip into a mood that feels kind of...down.

Are you willing to take an inventory of what you've got, as a means to shift your feelings from lack to abundance?

Start with your physical possessions, from the roof over your head, to your closet brimming with clothing. Do you have blankets to keep you warm, as the air temperature chills?

How is your physical body supporting you? What are your strengths, and how do you use them for the good of yourself and others?

What about your emotions? It's okay to feel sad and down. But what do you feel happy about? Is there an occasion or milestone to celebrate? Have you closed a deal or achieved a personal goal?

What are you thinking about? As you put your attention to your thoughts, and become aware of what you have, how it serves you, what you are capable of and what you have achieved, you will begin to shine in the brightness of a new and better mood.
