What do you want most? Take a minute and answer that question as it pertains to your health and wellness.
For example, do you want to fit comfortably into your summer clothes? Do you want to improve your blood test scores? Do you want to feel tough as you bare your muscular arms?
Now think about what you want right now. In this moment, what do you crave? How does what you crave contribute to you achieving what you want most? How does it derail your goal? Tune in and identify your wants and make sure they are serving your highest intentions. Let me know how that goes!
