There is no better time than now to express yourself in a way that makes you feel free. When your life feels restrictive, remember you still have power to be who you want to be. You know what makes you feel good. Be creative and find a way to express yourself.

Tips on Expressing Your Freedom:

1. Play your favorite music and SING along

2. Pick up those paint brushes or knitting needles and express yourself

3. Move your body. Do some jumping jacks, run around with your kids or dog and be playful

4. Dress yourself in a style and with colors that make you feel free to be yourself!v
