WINTER IS COMING - REMEMBER YOUR WATER

It's easy to drink the recommended amount of water for your body weight when the weather is warm and your thirst is discernable. Regardless of the outside temp, your body still needs to be hydrated to thrive!

Keep your skin supple, the toxins moving through and out of your body, your blood circulating and your digestion smooth by staying hydrated. Oh, and water helps your skin retain its youthful elasticity! That is a lot of good from H2O!

Try this tip:

Fill your coffee or tea cup with water. Drink that, then your hot beverage. Do the same for beer, wine or soft drink.

And this secret:

Eat your fruits and veggies. They contain water and support your hydration.
