How do you feel when you bump into someone with whom you hold a different point of view?
Maybe a colleague at work really rubs you the wrong way! You go home irritated and frustrated, and your discontent filters into your evening.
All you really want is to feel free. You want to be yourself and be happy in your own world. So how do you reach this state of blissful freedom?
The answer lies in being accepting of others. Acceptance of what is, and what you cannot control is ultimately liberating. Clearly, it is still necessary to stand up for yourself in the case of intimidation or abuse. But outside of that, adopt a "to each, their own" approach to acceptance.
You will notice a lightness of being as you enjoy your personal freedom!
