When you tune in to your body's response to stress, you have the power to take action. Step one is to pause in a way that suits you personally. You can plant your feet on the floor. You can take conscious inhalations and conscious exhalations. Breathe with purpose; releasing stress with each exhalation. Breathe in peace with each inhalation. Pausing may mean leaving the room. Ending a call. Taking in some hydration. Pausing is your SuPeR PoWeR!
