Your #journal is your safe space to unload your thoughts from the day. I recommend you write freely, without censoring yourself. Write about your stressors and your successes. Write about what kept you going throughout the day, and what dragged you down. When you finish writing about the events of your day, take the next two steps.
Step 1.
Affirmations/Acting as If - Write out in the present tense what you want to experience, what you wish and hope for, what you long to achieve. When you write in this section of your journal, be sure to start with "I am so happy and grateful now that..." Proceed on in the present tense with that sentence. You can continue to elaborate in paragraph form, and tell the story of your life unfolding exactly as you want it to. Be sure to write in the present tense. This is not a wish or dream exercise. This is an opportunity for you to gain clarity about what you really want and to feel the feelings of having what you want. With this approach you are aligning yourself with the manifestation of your desires. #affirmations, #manifestation, #visualizeit
Step 2.
Gratitude - Begin by writing the numbers 1-5. For each number 1 - 4, write what you are grateful for about your day. There is always something! Think of micro-moments that brought you joy, encounters with others that you appreciate, things in your surroundings that you are thankful for, and experiences in nature that you are grateful for. For item number 5 on your list, be sure to write about something that is personal and unique to YOU. Be thankful for yourself. What is a quality that you have that you are grateful for? It can be physical, mental, spiritual or emotional. When you put your attention on gratitude, your energy shifts and pathways open that invite you to live the best version of your life! #gratitudejournal, #gratitude, #bestself
Keep on journaling. Let go of your day. Add in all the good with your gratitude practice. Super-charge your ability to manifest by getting crystal clear on living your best life!
