When you have a meeting scheduled for work, or a medical appointment, how do you get these done?
For the most part, my clients schedule their time when they have a meeting. And, they honor that schedule.
What about other things you need to do? How do you feel about scheduling time for things that need to be attended to that do not involve another person?
How does it feel when you have a to-do list weighing over your head? How does this list impact your energy, focus and sleep? Just for today, schedule a few "to-do's." Chunk them down into small steps that you can manage, and feel good about getting them done!
