When you start your day, do you think of what you should have done yesterday? Do you navigate choices during the day with regret? Did you have an experience today, that you wish you had done years ago?

Would Haves, Should Haves, and Could Haves keep us in jail and obscure our view of the present moment.

So how do you let Regret out of jail, and enjoy your freedom?

Ground yourself in this present moment. Engage your body by feeling its weight on the earth/ground/floor. Take a breath with your awareness present. Now open your mind to engaging your 5 senses. Take note of each sight, sound, smell, taste and feeling.

When you are here and now, you are free from woulds, coulds, and shoulds.

Freedom is so revitalizing! Try it!
