How is your past impacting your present moment? Are your feelings about today expressed through the filter of your past?
Your past comprises who you are. You are the compilation of all of your life experiences. The challenge arises when you allow regret or remorse to dampen your daily life.
Take action and identify in writing your "why" behind choices you have made. With compassion, work to accept that your life is unfolding just as it needs to.
